Idan Ben-Yacov

Idan Ben-Yacov, a partner at Ben-Yacov Law Firm, leads the firm’s crypto, blockchain, and digital assets practice while also specializing in commercial law, high-tech, venture capital, and real estate. He advises entrepreneurs, startups, private investors, and venture capital funds, providing strategic and legal solutions for complex international transactions.

In the crypto sector, Idan advises on tokenization transactions, digital asset investments, and the integration of blockchain technologies in commercial deals. Idan performed his legal internship with Gross, Kleinhendler, Hodak, Halevy, Greenberg, Shenhav & Co. (GKH), acquiring expertise in high tech, venture capital funds and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.

He gained experience working with the Chinese market while working for GWC Inc. in Beijing, where he was responsible for relationships with Israeli high-tech companies and start-ups and having them penetrate the Chinese market. He was also responsible for establishing the first Israeli extension of the Global Media Internet Conference  (GMIC). The main event for this conference takes place once a year in Asia, where he handled the activity of Israel start-ups in China. Furthermore, he worked as a project manager with Zhicheng Public Interest Law Firm.

Along with his work as a lawyer and business consultant, he currently serves as a member of the following Israel Bar Association committees:
