The fact that NVIDIA is one of the investors makes this a fascinating case study in the shifting of global power structures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Think about it for a moment: in the world of Web3 and Crypto, we talk endlessly about &#8220;decentralization.&#8221; But on the ground, in the &#8220;real world,&#8221; the exact opposite is happening\u2014extreme centralization under the guise of infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\">NVIDIA stopped just selling &#8220;picks and shovels&#8221; (chips) a long time ago. It is building a closed ecosystem where:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>It is the Legislator:<\/strong> It sets the standards through its <strong>CUDA<\/strong> software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>It is the Supplier:<\/strong> It is the only one holding the critical computing power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>It is the Investor:<\/strong> It finances its own largest customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Why should this interest you (beyond the billions)? Because it\u2019s brilliant. But also because, as a lawyer who accompanies many investors and disruptive technology companies, I see the rules changing right before our eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\">We are moving from a world of &#8220;market competition&#8221; to a world of <strong>&#8220;ecosystem gravity.&#8221;<\/strong> Startups like Decart are phenomenal\u2014hats off to them\u2014but they don&#8217;t operate in a vacuum. When one player holds the hardware, the code, <em>and<\/em> the wallet\u2014the questions aren&#8217;t just technological. They are legal, regulatory, and concern the concentration of power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\">NVIDIA isn&#8217;t waiting to see where the market evolves. It is becoming the market itself. At this stage, usually, law and regulation begin to wake up. The only question is whether they can keep up with the pace of the GPU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>What do you think?
