Ami\nBen-Yacov has been advising private landowners with holdings in a vast area of\nabout 2,200 km<sup>2<\/sup> (Aprox. 545 Acre) in Herzliya. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project presents special\nchallenges such as being geographically separated from the center of Herzliya,\na desire to maintain the delicate ecological balance of the area, protecting\nthe values of nature while building public spaces and caring for assets for the\nbenefit of the general public, and establishment of appropriate commercial,\nwork and industrial areas, all require a creative, professional, in-depth and\npatient approach to the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over the years, our firm has\nclosely advised the owners on dozens of transactions and guided them in the zoning\nproceedings. Our firm takes special pride in our contribution to the decision\nof the Planning Committees to protect the rights of the various owners against\nharm from the principle of eminent domain applied for the construction of the\nGreen Line of the Tel Aviv Light Rail &#8211; which was set out in Plan TTL\\71c and\nlifted by plan HR\/2200\/B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even today, we continue to\nrepresent the owners as they grapple with the provisions of Herzliya\u2019s General plan\nHR\/2530, which are currently on the agenda of the Planning Committees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are proud of the thousands of\nresidential units that have been built in neighboring areas under our guidance\nover the years and in our part in the success our clients have had maximizing\ntheir profit from ownership of the land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hof Hatchelet, Herzliya For the past 25 years, Adv.
